We have had 5 Hondas over the last 20+ years. Precision has been servicing all of them. Tyler, Ben, and Kevin are the best. They always explain everything so it's easy to understand. They do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Hello I have been a customer since 1988 my first Acura, my second Acura 2001, and now I am on my 3rd Acura 2012. I like the organization of the repair center the first time I had service down . My good neighbor and friend Mr. Mike Dishong recommended Precision Auto Repair owned and operated by Bob...I have not taken any of my vehicles any where else since then...reasons friendly, clean environment, cat and all ...Today it is a 6 Star Operation. The shuttle service to my home is needed as I reside in the Woods of Sunol. Mr. Gabe Vargas Cabin 41 Thanks to all employees never a greater bunch to have taken care for my Acura's !

Thought we had lost a cooling hose when radiator fluid sprayed all over the engine compartment. They found a seam in the radiator had let lose and while doing the repair/testing found that the radiator fan switch had stopped working and thus over heated the radiator. They make sure all is working properly before returning the vehicle. Great shop.
