My entire family has been taking our Hondas (everything from an Odyssey, Element, Pilot, and Accord) here for years. I recently moved out and have started handling/paying my own auto maintenance on a 2001 Honda Accord. The two employees at the front desk (Ben and another guy whose name I can't remember) are always helpful, clear, and courteous. Most recently, I took my Accord in for a regularly scheduled tune up after the brake light turned on, and Ben called me later than day to inform me that my brakes needed some pretty significant and pricey work. Not wanting to be taken advantage of, I asked Ben lots of questions about the work: why it was necessary, if there were any short term fixes that could be done instead, etc. He answered each question well, and in a way that made sense to me (someone who doesn't know a whole lot about cars). I ended up giving the go ahead to do the work, and haven't had any problems with the brakes since. What's more, I got my car back that same day. From the interactions that I have had with this company, they seem professional, knowledgeable, and good at suggesting long term solutions. I am always really excited to find service providers who, while they may not be the cheapest, are well worth every penny!
