We are always completely satisfied with the work done at Precision. Front desk help (Kevin and Ben) are courteous, professional, friendly and knowledgable. This is a business that pulls no punches. We are always told what needs to be done and what doesn't or can wait. The entire staff is very customer focused and does quality work. If they can find a way to save customer money while providing quality work, they will. We feel so blessed to have found this repair shop and have used them exclusively for 19 years.
