Precision is always a pleasure to deal with. Dropped my car off at 8:30, picked up the $17/day loaner, and went to work. Got a call at 1pm giving me an update on the service, and picked up my car at 4:45pm. I just wish the cost of these major services (30,000 mile) weren't always in the $500 price range.

As always, friendly, professional and very helpful, efficient; service is done as soon as possible. Waiting in very clean, well equipped waiting room with beverage, tv, computer, magazines, comfortable seating and climate is good. After 25 some years, it still is the very best Precision Auto and I just bought a new HONDA so I will continue to use their services.

Reliable service done on-time and on budget. In fact, they brought it in under what some of their inferior competitors had quoted me for the most recent job.
