I was referred to Precision. Trust and ability to do the job are my priorities. The fact that they charged me much less than the dealer was a bonus. I have no complaints.

WOWOW! It never fails to amaze us, how going the extra mile is standard with Precision! We had an odd problem, but Precision solved it and now my gas gauge and fuel monitor are back in sync! No wonder we keep our cars so long, we have a place to trust our vehicle care to!

Ordered a replacement mirror for our TL that had been loose for a long time. Kevin received the part in one day, called me and it was installed while I waited. Very efficient service! Thanks.

Kevin and crew are polite, friendly, and professional. They explain to me every time what they will be doing to my car and how much will cost. Within the day, I pick up my car from them good as new. I live in San Francisco now, and I still go to them.

I have never any doubts about where I'm taking my 1998 Honda Civic to for either repairs or maintenance. Above all, they are honest and get you in and out so you won't be left hanging. They always remember me and what I need to do to keep my car running great. It has 230,000 miles and they treat it the same way they would a much newer car. Props to the great mechanics, Kevin, Ben.
