Tyler took very good care of my auto requests. Did extra work trying to repair my airconditioner to save me money. I dropped my car off and was driven home and Tyler picked me up the next morning. Always get great service and feel very comfortable knowing my car is in good hands.

I once again received exceptional service from Precision. Even with a very tight schedule they managed to work in my "check engine light" diagnosis. They fixed it, charged a fair price based on the work required and had it all done and ready on the same day. Shows their commitment to customer service.

Should have gone to another repair shop. Costs are too high. Could have had the same work done for half the cost.

These guys HATE modified/lowed cars. My car is lowered and as a result they said they will not work on it. Every other shop I've taken the car too does not mind. I recently asked them to fix an oil leak on the back of the engine. They did only 1 of the two seals that are located there and then told me they wouldn't do the second seal and they just gave me my money back. Another time I had them do the drive-shafts on my car. Neither worked properly and would make horrendous noise when going around a turn under throttle. I had to fix the parts myself and replaced them with proper used OEM units instead of the rebuilt FEQ units they used. Ever since I replaced them myself they have worked perfectly.

I like going to you guys because I feel you are honest and trustworthy. It puts me at ease knowing that I am driving a safe car because of the exceptional work your guys do. I have been going there for 12 years now (ever since I got my driving license) and plan to go there many many many more!
