I have never any doubts about where I'm taking my 1998 Honda Civic to for either repairs or maintenance. Above all, they are honest and get you in and out so you won't be left hanging. They always remember me and what I need to do to keep my car running great. It has 230,000 miles and they treat it the same way they would a much newer car. Props to the great mechanics, Kevin, Ben.

I have been to Precision three or four times in the couple of years I have lived in Pleasanton, and each visit seems to exceed expectations beyond what had been exceeded before. A rarity. I don't usually take the time to provide feedback on the web, but in this case I almost feel duty-bound to. They have come through for me every time I have been over there, and I recommend them. Whole-heartedly and without reservation.

Was gone for a couple of years and when I returned to this area, my MDX was due for 105K service. As before, super happy with service advisor, Kevin, outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable and car has never given me any problems after being serviced at Precision Auto.

As usual, the best ever.
