You know how going to fix your car is usually just opening the door to unnecessary expenses? Well not at Precision Auto Repair!!!! They are honest! Yes for real. I was surprised when I went complaining about suspension (as Honda had told me). Apparently it wasn't and they fixed it immediately, gave me a rental car for less than $17 a day and did a great job . Ben made me aware of some things I need to get fixed, eventually. He told me what can wait and for how long. Not only that, when I went in for a service, he knew to check those items to just make sure that everything was alright. I don't need to go anywhere else, cause they are the best and most affordable for the services. Everyone is friendly and patient (I understand nothing about cars).

It is always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Precision Auto Repair. Everyone who works there is so positive and makes sure your car is done as soon as possible. Everything is explained clearly up front, and if they find something else that needs attention, options are provided. The waiting area is comfortable with two computers, free coffee, water, and candy available. Since I often need to wait for my car, I bring my own laptop and work - I get a lot more work done there than at work! I always feel that my car repairs are done by skilled mechanics. I have come to Precision Auto ever since I bought my Honda Accord in 2002 and with 155,000 miles on it - it is still running beautifully with no additional repairs needed besides the usual things a car needs at certain milestones. My goal is to drive this car to at least 200,000 miles, and I am confident that I will be able to do this.
