Dropped off car with vibration issues. PAR inspected, reported to me the issue and gave a quote via phone. I approved. They worked on it while I was at work! Picked up car after completion and it was running SMOOTHLY! We've serviced our cars here regular and have noticed a difference each and every time the repair was completed! BEST auto repair shop any friend has ever recommended us --- and we're new to the area and lucky to find our "personal" honest and dependable auto tech shop!!

These guys are always great! They never over-charge or do un-necessary work to my vehicles. I would not go anywhere else with my Honda's.

Living and working in Palo Alto makes a trip to Pleasanton quite far, however the perks of coming this shop outweigh the distance with much awesomeness described as followed. The staff helped me with my car issues even though I did not schedule an appointment. I asked if I could leave my car over the weekend to be checked out on Monday and they did! Unorthodox, but kind-hearted nature can be seen coming out of their professional nature. I am deeply impressed with the efficiency and accuracy of service here at Precision Auto. They got my clutch replaced, 60k maintenance service, and all around engine check in just 2 days! Fast!! Their service etiquette is top notch, way better than most auto shops I have been to in the past 10 years. Big shout out to their staff. Awesome results delivered with confidence and topped off with excellent service.

I purchased a Honda 11 years, on purpose, so I would be able to have my vehicle serviced at Precision Auto. 5 stars are not enough. I know when I leave after a service that I do not need to worry because my vehicle has been carefully looked and any issues addressed. If my vehicle does not need something even though the required service calls for it it is brought to my attention and I appreciate their honesty.
