The people at Precision Auto are SO AMAZING!! They make me feel like family and always make me feel like they care about me and my car. I have been coming to Precision for over 20 years. All my kids (now grown) all use Precision as well and have such respect for their work ethics. They are so thorough and always so polite. I work at Apple Computer and have put them on our "Hot Ads" so people who live up in the East Bay who work at Apple will know to come to Precision for their Honda/Acura/Toyota repairs. I used to service my two Hondas at the dealership as I was not sure if I could find anybody else I could trust. All that until I found out about Precision Auto from a friend. Since then I have been servicing both my cars here for the last few years. Kevin and Ben are very helpful with providing meaningful and honest advise. They take the time to explain what's going on with the car, in as much detail as you need to feel comfortable. They are both very knowledgeable and you definitely get the feeling that your car is with people who know what they are talking about. The shuttle drop back to office and pickup works perfect in the mornings. There is no afternoon shuttle and that makes it a little complicated if the car needs more work. It's not been a big issue for me as I always get somebody at work to drop me off to pick my car, but it could be a problem for some others. Ben and Kevin are very prompt about keeping you informed about the progress of the work, giving you ample time to plan ahead. WiFi access and coffee at the lounge makes waiting comfortable during the quicker jobs. Very happy with the service and will gladly recommend.
