Excellent service as usual. Work to be done was clearly discussed when my vehicle was brought in and everything was completed to my satisfaction. A bonus was that my bi-annual smog certification was able to be taken care of while the vehicle was in the shop, thereby saving me the time that would have been spent at another vendor.

Friendly, smiley, accommodating, excellent repairs, great "waiting" room, comfortable, with coffee and magazines and tv and computer. Good customer service for many many years, on 2nd Honda.

I have been a client of Precision for over 5 years. Precision gives excellent service on all fronts. They are polite, respectful and friendly. They send reminders when your auto's service is due. I can always get an appointment within 2 days of my call. They explain exactly what services they will provide and the cost. They listen to your auto concerns and check into them. They complete the service work on time or earlier than stated and give you a complete report of their findings. I've never had to return my auto for problems related to their work. Their prices are reasonable. I find them honest and reliable.

Precision has taken care of our cars for years and we would not go anywhere else. I like the emails reminding me to get me car serviced on time. I also am delighted when I pick up my car and find that they have even washed the widows, including the ice cream my Great grandsons smeared on them.

Great service

Ben diagnosed the problem with my car's run channel in front left window. I left the car in the morning and was able to pick it up that afternoon...all repaired and "good to go.' The shop is within walking distance which is very convenient and Ben & Kevin treat me with humor and respect, appreciative of my business.
