Excellent customer service!

As always, the customer service was excellent,. I thought I was coming in for a minor service, but after reviewing my mileage, it was determined that only a oil change was needed. It was performed quickly, and I was on my way. In the 7 years that I have had first my Acura Integra, and now my Honda Accord serviced @ Precision Auto Repair, I have only had good, reliable and fairly-priced service.

As always I received excellent service again at Precision Auto. I bought an after market transmission cooler and had them install it. They installed it and flushed my transmission. They may not be the cheapest shop around but they continue to do quality work. I never have to take my car back for a "do over" like I have had to do over the year with other auto shops. If you have a Toyota, acura, or a honda take your car/truck here for excellent service.

Precision Auto does all the work mention on their invoice, it's not pencil whipped work. The staff in the office are very personable and professional. I will only buy cars they are certified to work on. Thank you Tyler and staff for easing my mind when it comes to my auto maintenance

I've been taking my car to Precision for more than twenty years. Occasionally, when considering a new car purchase, I've thought about various makes, but I always quickly narrow it down to Honda and Toyota because I want Precision to do the maintenance. That's how important Precision is to me.

Prompt easy scheduling. Prompt easy check in. All work performed on time as promised. Very friendly courteous staff.
