Kevin and Ben are very good at taking excellent care of their customers, explaining all aspects and options of each individual car repair that comes through Precision Auto Repair (PAR). I have used PAR since 2002 when I first bought my new Acura MDX and it's still running strong after 240,000 miles and 12 years...thanks to the entire team at PAR !!!

This was our first visit to Precision. We've been tired of paying for overpriced dealer services and their attempt to "justify" the costs by offering "points" to lock you into shop. We searched Yelp and saw Precision's high rating and the large number of very positive reviews and gave them a try. We were not disappointed and they lived up to all the great Yelp reviews.

I just needed a oil change and smog certificate. Precision always has me in and out of the service with efficiency and great communication. I have used Precision since I bought my car new 8 years ago. I would not use anyone else and I do honestly recommend Precision to anyone with a Honda. They have inexpensive loaner cars and work hard to accommodate you. They do good automotive work and are trustworthy. What more could you ask for?

Customer Service is always great here. It's very cost-effective also. Just let Precision do the dealer scheduled maintenance checks (they are certified) for about 2/3rds the cost, and they will keep your car running great. After your warranty is over, keep going, and your car will keep going and going!

I love Precision Auto Repair and all of the people I know there. I began coming to Precision after buying my first new 1980 Honda. Despite moving from Ptown late 89... my 4 new Honda products were ONLY serviced by Precision. I was a road rep driving 25,000 miles a year for many years. My livelihood was dependent on my auto for 25+ years. I could always rely any repair to be necessary and well taken care of. The majority were normal service and maintenance visits. Loved that Toyota was added a few years ago and now bring in my Lexus. Great people and great business.
