These guys are the absolute definition of what a good car repair shop should be like. I have exactly zero complaints about them.In every area, the exceed expectation. I needed tires but kept putting it off. I brought my car to them and they called me back recommending not waiting because the steel was about to pop through the treading. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me some tires; I felt like they were concerned about me getting in a bad wreck because of having bald tired and the potential for skidding off the road.In addition, I noticed that on the previous maintenance work they did, my gas mileage went up by another 30 miles/gallon. I don't know what all they did, but I know I'm getting more mileage now because they fixed something. The price was reasonable. I used to go to another auto shop but someone recommended Precision because of their prices - and I did see at least a 15% decrease in cost since going to Precision.

I really like this place. Price was not the lowest in the area but way lower than the dealer. They did throw in extras like free rotation and lube of the rear brakes (only had the fronts changed). I've found Precision to be very honest and fair.

I have been going to Precision Auto for over 13 years, and really like the friendly service. I do wish the shuttle is all day, instead of half a day only. Also, wish they have hours for Saturday for oil changes.
