My car has been making suspicious noises and just wanted to take it in to see if anything was wrong. Process of making an appointment online was super easy, and there was a quick response on getting me scheduled. When I arrived, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Describing noises can feel difficult, but they weren’t condescending or make me feel dumb for not knowing. Throughout the service, Ken stayed in communication, letting me know what they discovered and suggestions for repair. Before they did anything, the owner went with me on a test drive to ensure we were both hearing the same things and addressing the same issues I was concerned about. They even suggested other shops for certain repairs so that I’d be able to save money. It was a great first experience and will definitely be going back to them for regular maintenance!

Every time I bring my 1996 Honda here, I get great diagnostic service and totally honest recommendations with explanations. Their prices are excellent and definitely competitive, especially when I have an older car that can require some extra TLC. Staff is excellent - Kevin rocks. Highly recommend.

I have used Precision for the Hondas I have owned for over 30 years. They have always provided any services I have needed in a professional manner and I trust them completely. I feel their pricing is fair and they have always notified me if anything extra needs to be done while my car is in their shop.

They were honest about quote and reasonably priced. I requested them to change my battery along with oil change when I dropped off the car. They did not change until they evaluated and confirmed on their part. The shuttle service was very helpful. The driver was courtesy and more accurate than google map 🗺️
