I call and tell them what's wrong, get an appointment, I take the car in and they do it, that's all.

I don't know if I can think of any one thing, I've never had any problems with them.

Always responsive, good natured, fair prices, always take care of all my autos. We take all 4 of our Hondas there. Karen had a Civic, then a Accord and she now has an Acura and the whole family is pleased with their work for us.
