As always GREAT.. I count on you to keep my car running great which gives me a piece of mind.

My wife was having trouble starting her car one day this week and we couldn't get it into Precision until 4 p.m. On short notive, they did a complete check, found it was merely a worn-out battery and were able to replace it within a half-hour. One more reason why we have been satisfied customers for more than 20 years.

The shop is very accommodating and gave me an appointment on very short notice. They diagnosed a problem that others couldn't and charged a very reasonable rate to do so.

You guys are great. Always friendly, helpful and prompt. I brought my car in late in the day for an oil change appointment on the Friday before Spring break, which of course means a lot of people are getting their cars ready for road trips. You were obviously super busy but had me in and out quickly. My husband and I are looking at buying a new car and I feel like we need to buy another Honda just so I don't have to worry about where to take it for service because I would never take it anywhere but Precision Auto Repair.
