I LOVE Precision Auto, i get the best service i've ever gotten at an auto shop or anywhere for that matter. You all Listen, i also like that you explain even with a photo as what is the problem, i like i can get a ride home if needed, you're honest, priced just right, can't say enough good things. I use to tell my mom to take her car there as the place she took her old jalopy to always ripped her off, so she's change to Precision and she always says she wished she would've changed years ago, this from someon who doesn't like change. Mom has gone into you guys to complain about a minor detail (at that age they are bothered by real small things) and instead of having her make an appointment they help her, fix it or give her a reason why such and such is the way it is. Thank you guys at the front desk, Ben and the Raider fan with Tiny the dog.

Service was friendly, professional and affordable from making appointment through finish of service. The waiting room is comfortable and pleasant.

fast courteous service and total satisfaction

This is the only shop I trust. I recently had to get an oil change at a dealership only because they were open on a Saturday. When my pregnant wife took it in and called me to telling me the dealership had found several very expensive issues I was shocked. I could not believe it so I decided to wait and have Kevin at Precision take a look at our car. Kevin made sure my wifes car was safe and taken care of. Finding only one of the several noted problems the dealer had told my wife. I am so glad I waited and happy that the honest people at Precision were there for my family.Precision is my one stop shop for our two cars. Thanks for the great service you provide.

I HAD TO MAKE A QUICK APPOINTMENT LATE ONE AFTERNOON AND THEY HAD AN OPENING THE NEXT MORNING. WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME SO SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS USED TWICE THAT DAY WHICH HELPS US. SERVICE WORK IS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING WHICH IS WHY I CHOOSE TO USE THIS COMPANY.
