I stopped in for three different services recently. For my 2010 Prius, it was for an oil change and transmission fluid change on one occasion and for a head light replacement on the other. The third was for an unscheduled oil change for my wife's van. All 3 times the customer service was great, the fixes were done quickly and effectively.

the 3 ladies with me in the waiting room were talking about how they should bring their cars to Precision because it was so comfortable and they were impressed with all the awards on the wall which they said made them feel Precision's work would be reliable.I agree.

Precision Auto is the BEST auto maintenance shop for foreign vehicles. The folks there provide outstanding service/auto care in a friendly environment.

Had tires rotated and balanced. Disappointed that the wheel balancing weights were placed on the outer side of my wheels. Looks horrible!!!

Precision does a great job in explaining what is wrong with your car or cars. They let you know if they need to do something right now so that you don't get stuck on the side of the road (my biggest fear!). They are very professional, like the coffee, internet if I have to stay, and if you plan in advance they will give you a ride home. Definitely recommend company to friends and neighbors.
