Excellent, I always get the best service

Precision has always done very good work on my cars. More than anything, I appreciate that they never try to sell any service or repair that is not actually required. I trust them to provide me with an honest evaluation of any problem. Whereas other mechanics might say, 'you definitely must replace....", Precision often says, "the ... is starting to go out or leak, but it is not too bad yet. We'll take another look next time but it's not too bad yet and it's not a safety issue."In addition, they stand behind their work. For example, they replaced my ball joints two years ago. Recently it was discovered that one was becoming loose. It is unusual for only one to wear out and in such a short time. Although it was undoubtedly because of a bad part, the manufacturer said it was beyond warranty. However, Precision informed me that they would replace it free of change, even though I didn't even ask.

Each time I have my two cars serviced at Precision, I am struck by the courteous and efficient handling of all matters related to the cars--from details about upcoming service needs, to in-and-out times, to the quality of the work and pricing. I would not think of using any other auto shop in Pleasanton, given the excellent service our family has received over the years. I expect our 2001 Honda and 2005 Accura to last for many more years under the care of your highly trained mechanics. You are gem in the community;.

I was happy with the excellent service provided by Precision Auto. I had alot done this time including, timing belt, water pump and brakes. They were friendly, professional and fast! Other than querying feedback with the mispelled name of one of my sons and the wrong son in this case, the service at Precision continues to be excellent. They replaced my timing belt and related items quickly and efficiently for a fair price. They replaced a bad O2 sensor quickly and efficiently as well. Keep up the good work. Oh, and by the way, my younger son's name is Jon (as in Jonathan), not John and this car was Jim's.
