I have always had positive experiences at Precision Auto. They do quality work at a reasonable price. This last week, Tyler calls me up to ask if I had replaced the wipers on my vehicle this year. It was one of the listed items on the 60,000 mile tune up and he did not want to charge me for an unnecessary repair. Fantastic customer service.

I've been to a few repair shops that use what I would call "scare" tatics to increase the repair bill. I have not experience that at Precision Auton and hope never to. Friendly, quck and easy check in & out. Use of loaner car is great benefit.
