Pleasanton Auto Repair

Came without an appointment to fix a problem with no air coming out of my vents. Fan simply stopped working. They took the car in despite not having an appoint, got a ride back to my home and the car was ready that day even though a part had to get ordered to fix the problem. Price to fix was reasonable. Service, as usual, is prompt, courteous and done well.

Precision Auto is excellent. I have been bringing my Acura and Element to them for over 20 yrs and have always had top quality service. They are honest and you can really trust the Precision family of workers...

Each time I come in, I am more impressed than the last time. The team here is responsive, flexible, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. They have a nice place to sit to work and have a great cup of freshly brewed coffee. Lastly, they have a teacup chihuahua that plays fetch! They are a pleasure and an awesome value. My last trip, which I expected to cost in the hundreds, cost me $26.70!

I've been going here for years. I have 5 Toyotas. This place is super. Clean and friendly. Coffee and WiFi. Kevin and Ben are great. Fantastic customer service.
