I’ve had really bad experiences with giving feedback through these algorithmic services. I know you want to give customers a forum, and that’s admirable, But my experience has been that unless the feedback is absolutely superlative the employee(s) involved end up having the algorithm distort their actual performance toward the negative. I’ve been bringing my cars to you since the early ‘90s. Let that be evaluation enough.
