Precision consistently delivers only the best service. I called and within a day was able to bring my car in. Not only were the repairs made quickly, but they were able to drive me home and back while my car was being worked on. I needed to be back home on this particular day because I had a home delivery scheduled. By 11:00 am I had my car serviced, and a home delivery done, and was ready for my 12:00 appointment at the bank. Simple and easy, that is the kind of service Precision offers me every time I go there.

As usual, my experience with Precision was excellent. I only needed a standard check up with a additional couple minor maintenance items, but they handle it quickly, provide a morning drive back to work, and keep an eye on future maintenance needs (e.g. projection for next brake maintenance, etc.). I continue to be pleased with their technical excellence and friendly and professional customer service.

I have been taking my Acura MDX to Precision for 10 years and have always found their work to be excellent,service top notch and prices affordable. Today my already high expectations were exceeded! I took my car in for them to diagnose an unusual sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. Considering I have over 160K miles on the car I feared it wasa going to be a big ticket repair. They drove it and diagnosed the issue to be something rubbing on the muffler (not good with automotive terms) and they were able to bend the part back into place. When I asked the cost they told me there was no charge! Precision is an honest repair shop with awesome customer service and they are always looking out for the good of the customer. When it comes to Acura, Honda, Toyota and Lexus repair, there really should be no other choice!
