Precision is always so professional and easy to work with. Called on a Friday to book a Tuesday appt. Requested a loaner car (only costs $17/day). They called to let me know rear brakes also needed to get done, so I gave them the OK. Car was done and ready on time as promised. I got my 10% labor discount by showing a coupon them had emailed me. I just wish their prices were more reasonable. Everytime I'm in there for a major service, it turns out to be $500-600.

Precision Auto is great. They take really good care of you and your car without you leaving thinking did they just sell me something i didn't need. The prices are good. Over the past ten years we continue to be impressed with the honesty and integrity of these people. We've spent a fair amount of $$ but it has been well worth it. Before we buy our next new (used) car we will make sure it is a car that they will work on (I just wish they worked on BMW's).
