Other than querying feedback with the mispelled name of one of my sons and the wrong son in this case, the service at Precision continues to be excellent. They replaced my timing belt and related items quickly and efficiently for a fair price. They replaced a bad O2 sensor quickly and efficiently as well. Keep up the good work. Oh, and by the way, my younger son's name is Jon (as in Jonathan), not John and this car was Jim's.

We drive all the way from Oakland to have Precision work on our cars. They are always very kind, professional, efficient, and on time.

I very much appreciate the fact that when I brought my vehicle for services deemed necessary by other providers, Precision auto mechanics informed me that these particular fluid changes were not needed at this time. These services could be done if I cared to spend the money but my car would be fine until my next major service in 15,000 miles. Thank you for your honesty.
