My dad used to own a Honda CRX that went exclusively here for service, and after getting reamed at the dealers one time too many for my '08 Civic I too am a convert. This is the first auto garage I've been to where they actually try to save you money, as I discovered when they found that my emissions sensor was on the fritz and possibly still under warranty: Instead of sticking me with the bill for an outside-of-warranty repair, they pointed me back to Dublin Honda so I could get it fixed for free. (It was fixed there, but it sure as hell wasn't free.) Nice to know there's still some businesses out there that believe in giving their customers the best possible deal, rather than giving themselves the best possible profit.
