This was my first appointment with Precision. Prior to this my relatively new Lexus always went to the local dealer for routine service. Overall I am impressed with this shop. You missed 5 full stars only due to the fact that I was not called to tell me my car was ready. This was not a big deal for me since I had already planned to stop by in the late PM to check on the car and pay the bill. Given the very high tough model that you have (follow up call --Thanks Kevin!) and e-mails I would have expected that you would have given me a call alerting me that the car was ready or soon to be ready.

Always excellent customer treatment. You can be trusted to do what is right for the customer and I am sure to continue bringing my cars to you for maintenance and repairs

My wife and I took her Camry in expecting a $400-500 repair due to expected faulty water pump. It turned out to be something very minor and we were only charged a very small fee for the inspection and remedy. We are very happy with our experience at PAR and highly recommend.
