I've been servicing my cars at Precision for years and have been very happy with the service.

I've been receiving email updates from Precision Auto Repair, and realized it was time for my oil change. I decided to try the online appointment scheduler, and it worked like a charm!I had even forgotten to print out my 10% off coupon, but they applied it to my bill anyway. As usual, the service, and the CUSTOMER service were great. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Precision Auto Repair is THE place for car service!

I was able to make an appointment at Precision Auto and have the repairs done while I waited. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repairs completed on time. The staff was courteous and kept me informed all along the way;

We had some fairly extensive work done on our Lexus. Ben and Kevin kept us informed as to the needed repairs, progress and finished as promised. When we had to return the next day for a tweak, it was handles quickly with no questions asked.

I used these guys for years. They were wonderful. The car was always fixed. No need for the repeat visits to get problems taken care of. The fact that I could get a loaner car was a nice perk. The dealer did not offer that option because my car was not of the luxury variety. The car was always finished when promised and the staff was very attentive. No standing around waiting for someone to notice I was there. I bought a new car of another brand and have been missing Precision Auto Repair ever since. My next car may be one they will service because I have not been able to match their excellence anywhere else.

Precision Auto Repair has skilled mechanics, very courteous staff and is a great value for maintaining your Honda or Toyota. They have kept our cars running well, well-past 100K+ miles, with regular maintenance and checkups.
