My car started giving me problems late Monday evening and I knew the only thing I could do is wait until Tuesday morning and see if my guys (Ben and Kevin @ Precision) could squeeze me in and get my only personal and business vehicle back to running smooth again. Always helpful and friendly. Will do what they can to immediately solve the problem if possible. The other day the rear door suddenly wouldn't shut. I had to tape the back just to drive to Precision, but it was great to know I had somewhere I could just show up and I knew they would help it they could. Sure enough the guy behind the desk came out himself with a screw driver and dislodged the latch that was stuck. It was like having a brother that's a mechanic.Thank you so much everyone.

I took in my Honda Accord expecting to pay for a front brake job. Much to my surprise, Precision was able to fix the problem with just a simple adjustment.
We have not had a bad experience with Precision Auto Repair. We have made appointments and have also dropped the car off in an emergency with the night drop. The are always able to figure out the problem and have our car back to us quickly. You can't go wrong with Precision Auto Repair.
