I had a very nice experience here. I am less than knowledgeable about cars and had been taking my Honda Accord to the dealership until now. I think I found a place that will not mess with my head or my wallet! Score! I worked with Tyler and felt that he was on my side. He explained everything with my brakes in a way that I could understand. He also fixed an issue I had with my window and did not charge me when he had to take the door panel apart twice when I had to wait a few days to have it fixed properly. I would recommend Precision Auto Repair to others looking for a place that is honest and affordable. My car feels new again!

Precision consistently delivers only the best service. I called and within a day was able to bring my car in. Not only were the repairs made quickly, but they were able to drive me home and back while my car was being worked on. I needed to be back home on this particular day because I had a home delivery scheduled. By 11:00 am I had my car serviced, and a home delivery done, and was ready for my 12:00 appointment at the bank. Simple and easy, that is the kind of service Precision offers me every time I go there.

As usual, my experience with Precision was excellent. I only needed a standard check up with a additional couple minor maintenance items, but they handle it quickly, provide a morning drive back to work, and keep an eye on future maintenance needs (e.g. projection for next brake maintenance, etc.). I continue to be pleased with their technical excellence and friendly and professional customer service.
