My Honda was making one of those "funny noises" that cars make, the kind you're hoping you won't have to try to replicate for the mechanic when you the noise gets so bad you know you need to take it into the shop. After initially making an appointment at Dublin Honda service center, I figured I'd get a better deal at a local repair shop. Since Precision is less than a mile from my house and had a good rating on here, I called and was able to drop my car off within the hour (and, conveniently, just walk home to await the results). Twenty minutes after I got home, they called, having found the problem and giving me an estimate to fix it. They also were able to change my oil for $20 less than Jiffy Lube! My car was ready to be picked up less than 3 hours after I dropped it off, even without making an advance appointment. I was unable to get it before theychurch closed due to my late work schedule, so they kept my car locked in the garage overnight, and it was ready first thing the next morning when I walked to pick it up. Quick, understandable customer service and quality repairs. This is my new repair shop!
