2 items in one day proving Precision Auto's honesty. A check engine light came on in one car. Nothing found! Really? Blown tire in 2nd car the next day. Tires purchased at Precision. No road hazard insurance from them but they managed to make the situation bearable.Incredibly honest and dedicated to the customer!

The "mystery bug" was very elusive...dashboard lights that just wouldn't work. The obvious solution was a new switch...whoops! not the problem. However, the mechanics persevered for 3-1/2 hours (I was in the waiting room). They tested each wire and, yes, they found the short and fixed it. To their credit, I was not charged. Am I a devoted client? You bet!

The service we get on our vehicles is awesome. Precision Auto Repair is a professional service facility that cares about not only my car but me as a customer. We bring all 5 of our cars to Precision and wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else.

Thank you so much for restoring my wife's headlights to like new condition. Now she can see where she's going. I never have to wonder if you are going to do a job correctly or cause a new problem. I have had even dealer shops not only fail to diagnose a problem, but also break an item in the attempt to determine the cause. In addition, one dealer shop tried to deny they caused the damage. I then found a new repair shop. I more recently tried to save myself a trip to Pleasanton and made the mistake of letting Big Zer-0 screw up my car. I took the car back to you so that you could do the job correctly. It's worth the short drive to Pleasanton to bring my car to people who obviously care enough about it to insre that you not only perform the job right, you also go out of your way to make sure that it is as close to new as possible. I can fully trust you with my car. Thank yoou so much for your service.John
