Well, it needed new tires, rear brakes and a transmission service. 2 items in one day proving Precision Auto's honesty. A check engine light came on in one car. Nothing found! Really? Blown tire in 2nd car the next day. Tires purchased at Precision. No road hazard insurance from them but they managed to make the situation bearable.Incredibly honest and dedicated to the customer!

The "mystery bug" was very elusive...dashboard lights that just wouldn't work. The obvious solution was a new switch...whoops! not the problem. However, the mechanics persevered for 3-1/2 hours (I was in the waiting room). They tested each wire and, yes, they found the short and fixed it. To their credit, I was not charged. Am I a devoted client? You bet!
