As usual, I received exemplary service. The guys are always very welcoming (including the cute pooch!) and even on a walk-in basis, my service was done in a timely manner. From day one (sometime in 2008) I have received 5-star service, and even though it's hard to see $$ leave so quickly, it's a nice feeling knowing I'm not being taken advantage of!

Precision is consistently reliable and reasonably priced. They always have a friendly driver waiting there to take me back home if my car will be a while. LOVE their waiting room when I do wait. This is the ONLY place I'll go for service on my Lexus. Just wish I wouldn't have to remember to remind them to reset the oil change notification on my car's computer each time. But these guys are the best!
