I've been going to Precision Auto Repair since 1998 and have never been disappointed with their staff or service. My car overheated on the Altamont this morning, and being a single mother, Kevin and Ben were wonderful about taking care of everything - I didn't expect "same-day service" with a broken radiator, but that's exactly what I got - I'm back in my car, and very grateful to Precision Auto Repair.

Although I called in about my damaged tire on a Monday morning Precision was able to take me in that morning, replace the tire, do an alignment, change the oil etc. all by 1:30 PM as I had explained I had atime restriction that day and time was of the essence. Thanks so much for getting it all done in record time!

These guys always do a great job.

I have been going to Precision for 20+ years & have always had the greatest service. They don't just do stuff to pad the price tag. They will tell you that certain things can be delayed but others need to be taken care of now. I like that.

OK. We drive 185 miles round trip to have our cars serviced at Precision Auto Repair...that should say everything! Is in convenient? NO? Is it the best? Yes. In emergency situations we have had to take our Hondas and Toyotas to other dealers or independent service folks, but not if we can help it. Other folks just don't have the instincts about cars that Precision does, they are never condescending, they have ALWAYS been fair and competitively priced. I am still trying to get them to set up business in Santa Cruz....

I HAD THE 06 PILOT TRANSMISSION FLUIDS DRAINED AND REPLACED. I USED THEIR SERVICE THAT TOOK ME HOME AND PICKED ME UP WHICH IS GREAT. MY PILOT HAS BEEN SERVICED HERE SINCE IT WAS NEW AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. I HAVE REFERRED MANY PEOPLE HERE BECAUSE OF THAT.

I LOVE Precision Auto! They ALWAYS do an excellent job!! They truly care about the customer and care for their cars that they maintain. I don't have a lot of money to always fix my car, so they always prioritize what needs to be done, and we chip away at the list as needed. This is very helpful, and I feel they are looking after their customer's safety. I truly appreciate that.Thank you all of you at Precision; and especially, Kevin!!
