The engine malfunction light had turned on my Honda Odyssey mini-van and I used the OBD scanner to diagnose the cause to be ‘knock sensor circuit malfunction’, spoke to Precision Auto Service for a repair estimate and they were very knowledgeable and transparent, Ken acknowledged my finding and assured me that it’s a very common problem usually caused by rodents chewing the knock sensor wire, quoted a fair price to confirm the diagnosis and also a competitive and fair price for the repair, and mentioned upfront that they will contact me with repair estimate and will do the repair only after taking my consent, and that they will waive off the diagnosis cost if I went ahead with the repair. When they started repairing they allowed me to take a first hand look at the issue and also took pictures. They gave me very valuable advice on how to prevent such damage from happening in the future. 5 stars to Ken and the entire team at Precision Auto Service. I will recommend them for regular service for Honda and other makes they specialize in.

Professional and honest.

On the freeway when my engine started sputtering. Got off at the nearest exit and looked up the nearest mechanic, which luckily turned out to be Precision Auto Repair. Kevin and the staff there were so kind and reassuring. Even though I had no appointment and they were super busy, they still took the time to look at my car and do the necessary repairs. I’d take my car back anytime!
