I had come in for a oil change for my Lexus. The service provided was very good. I am definitely going back.

Over the past ten years we continue to be impressed with the honesty and integrity of these people. We've spent a fair amount of $$ but it has been well worth it. Before we buy our next new (used) car we will make sure it is a car that they will work on (I just wish they worked on BMW's).

Easy, convenient to make an appointment. Great service, returned to find car parked out front and ready for a quick exit. Job well done.

Having been told at another service facility near where I live that I need a transmission service($240), I shopped around. Kevin said bring it it for a look and estimate. Turns out I did not need it. I can go another 15,000 miles before I need a transmission flushed. HONESTY. That is why you can trust Precision Auto Repair.

I just had a minor service this week - replacing a head light - and called Precision to see if they were available to change out the bulb. I was advised to come on in within the next 45-60 minutes and they could accommodate this for me. A reasonable estimate was given to me in writing. When the car was ready I was surprised to find out the actual work done took a bit less time on their part and would actually cost a bit less than anticipated! I was pleasantly surprised at the more than fair pricing and the refreshing honesty provided and will definitely return in the future.
