Nice and quiet, but missed the brownies.

I ordered tires from TireRack. I first called Big O to get a quote. The guy I spoke with was a bit snippy about the fact I'd purchased my tires from TireRack. Then he quoted me a rate that was out of line. I saw a review on TireRack about Precision Auto. I gave them a call. They were everything people are talking about. Very professional! I had the tires delivered and dropped off my car. It was a great, seamless transaction. No hassle, a good-enough deal, and prompt, courteous and professional work. I believe I've found my new home for auto repair. These guys seem to understand customer service, and they know what they're doing. We all know that the auto repair market is absolutely littered with ripoff artists. These guys seem to be the real deal.

I've a 97 Acura which as been very well serviced by Precision. Unless the car falls apart within the near future, which I doubt, I will continue to take my Acura to Precision Auto.

I have used Precision Auto Repair for many years now, and they continue to provide excellent service and support. If you are looking for the best Honda/Acura/Toyota service, with an efficient and knowledgeable front office staff, give them a try and you will be glad you did !

Precision Auto was recommended by a friend of mine 7 years ago when I purchased a Honda Civic. The staff at Precision Auto are highly educated and very professional about the maintenance of Hondas and Toyotas. I appreciate how Kevin and Ben are able to help me plan and give me a esimate of what maintenance my vehicle will need in the future. With them offering me these esimates for maintenance, it takes a load off my mind. The staff is always very helpful and I highly recommend Precision. Since utilizing Precision Auto, I have NEVER had to worry about maintenance issues.

I will be back with both of my cars!
