This is a class act. We live in Morgan Hill and our 2001 Lexus RX300 dropped dead on the 680 in Pleasanton. AAA towed us to Precision and we got a ride back home. The next day kevin called with the bad news, the transmission was blown and we were looking at a $5k bill. Well we were not prepared for this and decided to tow the car home. When we arrived at Precision we were fully expecting to pay their $40 diagnostic fee. This was fair as they did have to spend their time to find out what was wrong. Kevin refused to take our money. I was flabbergasted. Even our local repair shop who we have been going to for 15 years would have insisted on collecting this charge. Bravo to Precision. If you live in the Pleasanton area please bring your car to them as you just do not find this kind of customer service these days.

This place great. I bring in my Honda van and Accord for maintenance as well as other services. They are very reliable and professional. When I changed timing belt for my honda accord about 6 months ago, I saved about $300 compared to the quotes I received from a couple of places in Dublin. They also regularly send out discount coupon via emails which I get 10% additional saving. I just called for a quote to replace a head light bulb for my lexus es350. their quote is $125 lower than the dealer's quote. I am just waiting to get some free time to bring it in. I recommend this place to my neighbors. I didn't give them 5 stars because they don't open on weekends. Not easy for me to bring in the car for services during office hours.

The Precision Auto Repair team is fantastic! I've been taking my cars to the dealerships for years, but not anymore. I've found my new maintenance shop. Thanks guys!

Great service, a nice professional shop. They looked into my problem throughly. I had taken my car other places, but precision noticed something that had been covered up by another shop. Due to that incident I had to leave my car overnight, and they offered me a loner car to get home and I wasn't stranded looking for a ride home.
