Precision is consistently reliable and reasonably priced. They always have a friendly driver waiting there to take me back home if my car will be a while. LOVE their waiting room when I do wait. This is the ONLY place I'll go for service on my Lexus. Just wish I wouldn't have to remember to remind them to reset the oil change notification on my car's computer each time. But these guys are the best!

I've been going to Precision Auto Repair since 1998 and have never been disappointed with their staff or service. My car overheated on the Altamont this morning, and being a single mother, Kevin and Ben were wonderful about taking care of everything - I didn't expect "same-day service" with a broken radiator, but that's exactly what I got - I'm back in my car, and very grateful to Precision Auto Repair.

Although I called in about my damaged tire on a Monday morning Precision was able to take me in that morning, replace the tire, do an alignment, change the oil etc. all by 1:30 PM as I had explained I had atime restriction that day and time was of the essence. Thanks so much for getting it all done in record time!

These guys always do a great job.

I have been going to Precision for 20+ years & have always had the greatest service. They don't just do stuff to pad the price tag. They will tell you that certain things can be delayed but others need to be taken care of now. I like that.
