Very nice experience over all. They told me the brake pad that I recently changed at Piercey Toyota almost fell off (this is what I paid $600 for). Then I said I need to go to Piercey to let them redo it. But Precision staff suggest do it here. I said OK while thinking about paying big and then ask Piercey to reimburse me. Turns out it only cost $26. I think I will service my Toyota cars here from now on. Forget about those crappy service department at the dealers.
