I have been a customer of this auto shop for years. I have never, ever had a bad experience with them. My last Honda passed away (ha ha) with almost 300,000 miles on it. Thanks to the guys at Precision. Very professional and honest. I now own a Toyota and a Honda. Both serviced here. When ever I have a problem, Kevin and Ben get me right in! Don't go anywhere else for your car. These guys are awesome. Customer for 15+ years. (has it been that long)yikes!

Went in for oil change and was greeted by Ben. His customer service skills are exceptional. He explains what is going to be done and tells you to feel free to ask him questions. Service took a bit longer than I had expected but overall I was satisfied.

I keep buying Hondas because I don't want to change mechanics. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Now I can buy a Lexus since they also work on those!!
