I had some questions based on information I had gotten from a dealer. Ben not only answered my questions on the phone, but provided me with information that the dealer had withheld. He also gave me a phone number so that I could call the corporate office of my car manufacturer. He helped me out a lot!

First trip to Precision Auto with my wife's Toyota Sienna was good. We did an oil change and had a leak in the cooling system repaired. Cost was fair and we got the car back quickly. Its a little out of the way but a trust worthy mechanic is certainly worth the trip.

Even though we moved up to Pollock Pines, we still prefer our cars to be maintained by Precision. It's always nice to see Ben & the other guys!!!

Quick Dependable Honest Quality Service

Looking for a less costly alternative to Dealer service, I chose Precision Auto Repair for the first time on a brake issue on my Acura MDX.I reporting a ?pulsation? when braking, and fully expected a diagnosis of a 4-wheel brake service being required.I was pleasantly surprised, and advised, that rotor run out was measured on all four wheels and only the front rotors were out of spec. needed resurfacing.Realizing it would have been easy and profitable to advise on a 4-wheel brake job, you did not.Because of your diligence and honesty in this matter, I will be using Precision Auto Repair for further maintenance and repair of my MDX and Accord going forward.Thanks,Mike S.

I dropped my car off the night before with an explanation of the noises I heard. They provided a detailed summary of what was wrong and my options. Then I was able to pay over the phone and pick my car up after hours. All the work was done in 1 day.
