I came in to get minor service done on my van. Ben handled my request efficiently when I dropped off my van, and later called to give me an update on what issues I was facing with my van. I appreciate their honesty, and their customer service is excellent.

We first heard of Precision when we purchased a used Honda Civic. The previous owner kept unusually good care of the car and suggested we go to Precision to keep up the maintenance. That was many years ago and we have continued use Precision for all our other Hondas as well. We are more than satisfied with the obvious knowledge they have and how helpful they always are. The prices are very competitive. We have never had a problem that hasn't been fixed. They are always ready to teach and explain what the problem is and the possible solutions. I would give Precision the highest recommendation possible.

As usual, my experience was the absolute best. I have been bringing Hondas here for servicing for quite some time, starting with my 1999 Civic, then my 2005 CRV which now my grandson has and is continuing to have serviced here, and now my 2009 CRV. There is a reason I keep coming back and Kevin is a big part of that.
