For over 10 years I have brought my Honda Civic to Precision for service. They have kept my '98 Civic running in tip-top condition. The staff are professional, helpful, knoweldgeable, and thorough. They keep me informed. I appreciate the loaner car on the day of service and their ability to work within my often hectic schedule. I highly recommend Precision Auto for auto repair, service and maintenance.

Very pleased. We dropped off the car the night before without even having an appt. Staff were great (Kevin, I think) and the car was done the next day even adding an oil change. They also noticed a burnt out brake light that we didn't realize was out.

I'm a long time customer and have never been disappointed. My Honda(s) have never let me down. They have certainly earned my trust; I wouldn't take my car to anyone else!

Precision Auto is awesome. I've taken 3 different cars there for over 10+ years and they have always been great. My mother-in-law and sisters also take their cars there and love it too. Every time I get a new car and take it to the dealer's for service the first few times instead of Precision Auto, I regret it. The guys at Precision are very honest! One time I had a error light go on in my car. I took it to Precision to get looked at. They researched it and told me that the problem my car was having was covered under the manufacturer's warranty so if I took it to the dealer's to get repaired instead it would cost me basically nothing. They were really honest. They didn't have to tell me that. If they hadn't told me, I would have paid them a lot of money to make the repair instead. That honesty is what keeps me coming back.
