I receive great service at Precision every time I visit. The folks are wonderful and caring and are car experts. I totally trust them with my family cars.

The service is ok, but I wasn't given discount that was being offered on your website and I mentioned it too (Labor 10%). I was told I'll get the discount, but when I checked the receipt later - there was none. Not happy because of that. I have been a longtime customer too. Also, it would help/assure us more if we get a copy of report that says vehicle was indeed inspected for all the things in the Job Order. And lastly, 'minor service' just includes oil change, tire rotation/balance, service air filter (whatever that means!) and only inspect a few things, but I feel the price is a bit high for this.

Everytime I bring my car in I receive 5 star treatment, I recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors

Precision Auto has always been very easy to schedule my car for maintenance. I have been a customer since 1999 and have brought my Hondas to Precision because of the excellent service and their desire to please the customer. Precision has a great Team. Hi,After I had my car serviced, I went to San Francisco. There was a rattle sound that I became aware of while I was driving on the freeway. It eventually became louder and louder. I don't feel comfortable driving the car this weekend.I would like to drop off the car Monday morning. Please call to confirm Monday. I depend on my car for my business.Thanks.
