This was my first time without a loaner, but the ride home was nice, and I was able to pick up after hours, pre-paid and brought another key. Easy.

Ben and another gentleman working in the front went to great lengths to get my car into service and repaired yesterday 6/22. My appt was actually for 6/23. (I had driven in from rural Manteca area thinking my appt was Tues.) The parts were ordered and the repairs done by 4:00. I have never had a problem at Precision and I appreciate your excellent service as well as your record for long term employees. You are the BEST! I wouldn't consider going anyplace else.
