Just an oil change, but they used Mobil 1 oil per my request, glad for that flexibility. Printed service bulletins for me too, to help get warranty coverage that Honda is balking on. Very helpful! Gave good advice on other work that will eventually be needed, without pushing. Feel they are looking after my best interests, the best!

Their service is really great. The rep I talked to is nice, friendly, and explain how the work will be done in detail. He even shows me the parts which will be installed in my car. The reason I give them 4 stars is pricing. You may save 10% discount in labor by bringing a coupon in their web site, but do not expect to get much cheaper parts/labor in the bill. In summary, if you want better or similar service than a deal and money is not big concern, Precision auto repair will be a good fit for you
