Without an appointment, I was squeezed in for unscheduled work. Plus, a much needed loaner car was available for me to use while my work was being done. Kevin got back to me with my check engine diagnosis in a timely fashion. In addition, he reminded me of other recommended work and discussed the safety ramifications. Precision always has my back; I have developed great trust in them over the last 12 years of service. Once again, I was very happy with their work! Thank you!

Took my car in for an oil change. Tyler showed me that me radiator had been leaking and was very low on coolant. Had he not pointed out the leak I would have probably blew my head gaskets that would have been a bigger problem and still need a new radiator. precision honda is the best mechanic in the Tri-Valley. Not to mention the two computers available for customers in the waiting room...

I really appreciate being notified of the major problem before you proceeded with the other work that I had requested. It is great to have someone looking out for my best interested when dealing with car repairs.

I've been acustomer of Precision Auto repair since I purchased my first Honda 30 years. I'm on Honda #3 now and wouldn't think of taking my Honda anyplace else for maintenance & repair.
