The staff was very knowledgeable and they provided a detailed explanation of the work needed. The shuttle driver was friendly too. I will be bringing my vehicle back in the future for both regular maintenance and repairs.

These guys are great! They are clear, honest and reasonable. Each time I have brought my Honda in to see them, they explain (without talking down to you) what the issue is and what can be done. Once when they knew an issue should still be under warranty, they called and told me to take it to the dealer rather than charge me for something I could get under warranty. Likewise, on the only occasion when they couldn't resolve a problem, they let me know that it had not been resolved and explained the diagnosis they had run and the repair they had tried (with my permission). I just can't say enough about how comfortable I am with them.
