Once again I appreciate PA for offering such good service. It's wonderful not to worry about whether or not you can trust your mechanic. And it's why I continue to bring my car to PA even though it's 30 miles from my home. :)

Friendly coming in door; efficient; knowledgeable; helpful, not pushy, waiting area is the best.

This is a great shop! The guys are honest, reliable, incredibly nice and have never made me feel like an idiot regarding my car! As a woman, I have been talked down to when it came to auto "stuff"---this would never happen here! The waiting room is even great. They have a computer, expresso, movies, and an adorable doggie that sometimes makes an appearance! I couldn't say enough good things about this place.

We had a great experiance as usual with Precision Auto Repair. Tyler was very helpful and professional. The fact that we where able to have the use of a loaner car made the whole process seamless.

We've had our cars serviced at Precision since the late 70s. We've always felt that we were given honest advice and good service. Car repairs can be pricey, so we believe that being able to trust the advice we're given is essential. And, we can always count on accurate estimates for price and time required for the work. Friendly, professional service from a long-time local business!

The service was and always has been far above other service locations. Great explanation of the service provided, the charges and communication regarding status of the work being performed.

Had a snafu trying to make an online appt three weeks ago. Never got a response. Had to call on the telephone. Also, my name is spelled "Johnny", not "Jonny".

By far the best experience I've ever had with auto mechanics. I've been taking my two Honda's there for at least ten (maybe fourteen?) years . . . and they've always been the best. What really won me over to them though was an experience from a few years ago, my wife insisted on taking her new Honda to Livermore Honda (the dealer) when her "maintenance" light went on after only a year or two. Livermore Honda proceeded to tell us that it was a faulty sensor . . . and it was covered by the warranty, but it had "melted" to another part which would have to be replaced at a cost of $800. (!!!) Sensing a scam, I called Kevin at Precision and asked him if I could bring the car by. (He had never heard of such a thing.) We brought it by, Kevin disappeared into the shop, and came back about 3 minutes later holding the faulty sensor. I believe his exact words were "popped right off . . ." Needless to say we had Precision replace the sensor. If you have a Honda, you should be going to Precision. (I'm moving 45 minutes away next month . . . but I'm still going to bring my car to Precision for service.)
