These guys are great! They are clear, honest and reasonable. Each time I have brought my Honda in to see them, they explain (without talking down to you) what the issue is and what can be done. Once when they knew an issue should still be under warranty, they called and told me to take it to the dealer rather than charge me for something I could get under warranty. Likewise, on the only occasion when they couldn't resolve a problem, they let me know that it had not been resolved and explained the diagnosis they had run and the repair they had tried (with my permission). I just can't say enough about how comfortable I am with them.

When I moved from Sunnyvale, I asked my mechanic if he would recommend anyone in Ptown. He said "you can't go wrong with Precision" and he wasn't exaggerating. These guys know their stuff and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I have recommended them to half a dozen people who have all become regular customers. These guys really are the best. They're honest, they don't try to sell anything that isn't necessary, and they're just plain nice. I will keep buying Honda's just so I can stay with them. You know how hard it is to find a good honest mechanic?!
