By far the best experience I've ever had with auto mechanics. I've been taking my two Honda's there for at least ten (maybe fourteen?) years . . . and they've always been the best. What really won me over to them though was an experience from a few years ago, my wife insisted on taking her new Honda to Livermore Honda (the dealer) when her "maintenance" light went on after only a year or two. Livermore Honda proceeded to tell us that it was a faulty sensor . . . and it was covered by the warranty, but it had "melted" to another part which would have to be replaced at a cost of $800. (!!!) Sensing a scam, I called Kevin at Precision and asked him if I could bring the car by. (He had never heard of such a thing.) We brought it by, Kevin disappeared into the shop, and came back about 3 minutes later holding the faulty sensor. I believe his exact words were "popped right off . . ." Needless to say we had Precision replace the sensor. If you have a Honda, you should be going to Precision. (I'm moving 45 minutes away next month . . . but I'm still going to bring my car to Precision for service.)
