I brought my Prius in for routine service. I used night dropoff and after hrs pickup. Getting to Precision during business hrs is hard for me, so night dropoff and pickup is very helpful. I also scheduled the appt online. These conveniences are great on top of the great service & auto work I've experienced over several years.

The service we receive is always prompt and reasonable. My overall experience is very good.

It was simple to schedule an appointment. The service was excellent and the car was returned the same day.

As always, the service was first-rate. I did not have a scheduled appointment, but Ben & Co. were able to fit me in, diagnose my car problem (radiator & thermostat) and fix it that day! I've been going to Precision the last 11 years and my Accord is just shy of 250,000 miles!
