The transmission fluid on my Lexus need to be completely drained and refilled. Precision gave me the best option (non pressured, complete exchange machine). Tyler was very good with explaining the process and listening to all my concerns.

I called off the cuff Monday morning to see if i could get my Acura in for a oil change, and Ben was able to get me in first thing in the morning for a quick turnaround.I had been experiencing some phantom slow and failed engine starts during cold weather possibly a problem with the battery. Without requesting, Ben had the battery checked, and replaced with little time left on the battery warranty without charge! Precision Auto has been a trusted advisor and care taker of my cars, and my family values the service provided.
