I love the consistent experience I get at Precision! I feel confident the work they say they are doing needs to be done, gets done and it is always at a fair price. The loaner cars are not perfect - but hey, I'm happy to have them made available.

At Precision they treat you like there own family was standing behind the counter as a customer. It startes with Ben and Kevin and goes back to the mechanics.I also must mention Art the shuttle driver, what a super nice man. Tyler how can I not mention Tyler,he works on your car like it is his own. I have been taking my cars to Precision for over 10 years. When I recenty bought my newest car, I again bought a car that I could take to Precision an Acura. I thought about buying another make but I could not see myself taking any of my cars to anywhere but Precision.At Precision everyone is like 1 big family.

The workers are very friendly and professional. They always tell me if something is wrong with my car if there is something additional.

Excellent service overall. Will certainly return and refer others. More convenient and significantly less expensive than local dealer for 30k service.

Good service. Nice clean facility with wi-fi internet, TV, coffee/tea. Wish they would have coupons for regular services like oil change etc too frequently.

I wouldn't take my care anywhere else. They provide excellent service.

I've been going to Auto Precision since I got my Honda Civic in 07, they are always friendly and so helpful. They never want to scheme money out of you, I'm moving down south next year and I'll be really upset to be without the guys at Auto Precision.
