Precision auto came through again with excellent service- no additional "fix it items" to boost up the bill. Very dependable. Accord was ready on time. My husband wants to take his Toyota in because we've gotten such good experience.Only issue: Would love to see expanded hours (evenings, weekends) as it's difficult for us to leave the car during the M-F 7-5pm time frame. If there were expanded hours, we would come in all of the time (exclusively)

This was my 2nd visit to Precision. Had the timing belt replace in my daughter's car the first time around--this time it was my Honda Odyssey. Made an appointment on Wed for Fri. Fast friendly service, got a shuttle ride right away back home. Car was done by 3pm, earlier than I expected. And on budget for the original estimate.
